Central Electron Microscopy Laboratory at UFSC
The Central Electron Microscopy Laboratory (LCME) aims to leverage the scientific and technological research developed at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and other partner institutions through the provision of electron microscopy resources.
It was created in 2007 to meet the university community’s needs for scanning and transmission electron microscopy analysis. It includes sample preparation equipment and is open for other educational institutions and companies that may need these services.
